The Explosive Jump Kick DVD is divided into 3 sections and is designed for all level martial artists. You begin with the basic fundamentals of spinning kicks, and jump kicks to advanced 720 kicks, aerials, and back flip kicks.

The second section of the DVD features a short form where you can combine your favorite or hardest level kick combination with the hand combinations to complete the form.

The third section is a private lesson where you follow along with myself and a student through a workout that will increase your speed, power, agility, jump height and kick combinations. Do this workout 2-3 times a week and you will see tremendous results.
